Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. - Rejected Returns:

Exclusions

Exchanges
Process
If you need to exchange an item:
- Return the original item by following the return instructions.
- Once the return is inspected and approved, the exchange will be processed.
- If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If it is of lesser value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations

Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to us by the mail carrier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- We can reship the order to you once you pay an additional shipping fee.
- If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns for international orders follow the same process but may incur additional shipping costs.
